The staff of the Management Academy for Management Studies and Development consists of a group of academic specialists who hold high academic degrees. These academics participate in developing policies and action plans for all training and consulting services from the beginning of work until its completion, moment by moment.
First: Advisory Committee: It is a committee composed of a group of experts and specialists within the Management Academy for Administrative Studies and Development. It is concerned with drawing up policies and proposing plans and programs to be held in line with developments in the Jordanian labor market, regional and Arab markets, and the needs of individuals and companies.
Second: Formation of the Committee: The Advisory Committee is composed of 5 members who are elected annually.
Third: Tasks of the Advisory Committee: The committee undertakes the following tasks: Drawing up the future policy for the work of the Management Academy for Studies and Administrative Development in the field of training and vocational qualification. Studying the professions for which the Academy of Management Studies and Administrative Development is trained and identifying them in a way that is compatible with the developments and developments taking place in the Jordanian labor market and the regional and Arab markets. Approving training and qualification plans for the staff of the Management Academy for Studies and Administrative Development. Participating and supervising the training programs implemented at the Management Academy for Management Studies and Development, whether the programs are inside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or outside the Kingdom. Contributing to the development of quality control standards in administrative and financial programs and human resources development.
Duties of the Committee Chairman: – Preparing the committee’s annual work plan and related programs. – Supervising and following up on administrative and financial programs and developing human resources, following up on the implementation of the plan. – Leading committee meetings internally and externally. – Organizing agendas for committee meetings.
Committee meetings: The committee meets at the invitation of its chairman once a month or whenever the need arises. The Chairman of the Committee may invite any person with experience and expertise to attend the Committee meetings to discuss the matters presented to him.
Fourth: Committee Rapporteur: The Director General of the Management Academy for Studies and Administrative Development is appointed Rapporteur of the Advisory Committee and undertakes the following tasks:
-Sending invitations to meetings.
– Recording minutes of sessions, internal decisions and recommendations.
– Follow up on the implementation of internal decisions and recommendations issued by the team.
– Any tasks assigned to him by the President.
